Anyway, I’m starting to think the girls with a finite number of good things about them are either screwed up or have cancerous growths [aka boyfriends] and those girls with more than finite good qualities are just impossible by definition. Ack.
COP5555 Programming Language Principles seems to be a good class so far. But that’s only because we haven’t had any quizzes yet. We haven’t had any homework assigned yet. No reading assigned yet. Basically lots of a guy who lectures with the same speech patterns of Alan Alda with the ocassional game of Bejeweled to break the monotony.
And our home seems to have some sort of strange Telocity DSL-dampening field that lacks any ability to be measured, predicted, or corrected. It works fine until it senses that it is being useful, in which case it promptly turns off. Possibly a Bellsouth scam to force us to purchase their DSL service along with their strangely priced phone service.
