Okay, so I finally got my computer working. Why, Eric? What was wrong with it? I took out the spare no-data hard drive and the unnecessary IDE CDROM and then the AGP card stopped working.

I shall repeat.

Remove useless hard drive and cd drive. Graphics card stops working.

Great, so my drivers apparently smoke a large amount of the crack. Upgrade BIOS after randomly picking the correct download (Thank god for that). Need to get a floppy drive and old dual-boot win98 installation working for that. Upgrade AGP drivers with my old PCI card installed. Hours later, computer will boot as it always used to, this time only with the graphics card and the hard drive. Nothing else functions in harmony. Yadda yadda yadda, an hour ago I give up.

Current state of being: Everything except my scsi card is working. If I plug that card in and boot, the ALIAGP.sys driver hangs. What is the ALIAGP.sys file, you ask? That’s the AGP driver I just installed to get my damn Geforce2 working at all. This makes No Sense ™.

And for all you non-Jenni folk out there who don’t know good movie making from a whole in the ground, I still stand by my comments. Making a movie whose base plot was written before any other similar movie does not give you carte blanche to rip off all possible effects and ideas from said other films. The people who ran on the walls just like Immhotep’s minions. The giant fire demon that so resembled Blizzard’s rendition. The tiny guy vs giant lava monster (The true, the proud, the marines, the rings of power). Blah blah blah. Huuuuge opportunity to make a legendary movie, flushed down the toilet. Like the young Anakin’s acting ability.
